At Arken Optics USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and in their original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
